| David Marciniak is an account executive at the Katz & Associates onsite office at the Southern Nevada Water Authority in Las Vegas, Nev. David’s responsibilities include developing and implementing outreach strategies that involve and inform the public, media and other impacted parties about the Authority’s $2 billion Capital Improvements Program to expand regional drinking water services. He specializes in community outreach, publicity, media relations and event planning. David’s duties include internal project support, publishing newsletters, writing news releases and meeting with parties impacted by construction projects to help address issues. David also provides on-site support to the Las Vegas Valley Water District assisting its editorial team in development of collateral materials and related support.
David joined Katz & Associates in May 1999 after an award-winning career in journalism. He most recently worked as a reporter and associate editor for HBC Publications on the Henderson News and West Valley News in Nevada. He is an accomplished writer, reporter and photographer, having served on the staffs of daily, weekly and monthly newspapers.
He graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Russell J. Jandoli Department of Journalism/Mass Communication.
