Rashee Rohatgi is an account executive in the Katz & Associates San Diego office. She specializes in managing public involvement and information projects, community relations for superfund sites, environmental communication, citizen advisory groups and media relations.

Rashee is currently coordinating stakeholder outreach for the development of “Source Water Protection” guidelines in San Diego County. She is also involved with public outreach for the County of San Diego River Watershed Management Plan and the public involvement for the City of Coronado’s Major Investment Study for State Route 75 and 282.

Rashee also coordinated public and media outreach for the Port of San Diego and the San Diego Association of Governments’ Airport Economic Analysis. She has a central role in planning and implementing the public information program for the City of Carlsbad’s Vista/Carlsbad Sewer/Storm Drain Replacement Project. She also coordinated the efforts of the City of San Diego's Sewer Cost of Service Stakeholders’ Group and the City Wide Canyon Sewer Maintenance Task Force. The Task Force was made up of individuals from community and environmental organizations that recommended alternative approaches to maintaining sewer infrastructure in canyon habitats.

Rashee is key in implementing required community relations activities for the Installation Restoration Program at Moffett Federal Airfield in Mountain View, California. She was also actively involved with overseeing environmental communication efforts for the MV-22 Osprey and the Point Mugu Sea Range Environmental Impact Statements.

Rashee earned her Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the University of Delhi. She then worked at a multinational communication firm. Subsequently, Rashee acquired a Master of Arts degree in communication, with a specialization in public affairs and issues management, from Purdue University.
