The City of Escondido is committed to providing city customers with a secure and adequate water supply.  Recycled water is an important component of the City’s Water Resource Conservation Program that will not only increase local water supplies, but also reduce the City’s dependence on imported water.  Recycled water will be available for industrial and irrigation uses and help protect our local economy from potential water shortages.  As the region continues to grow, recycled water will help meet future water supply needs.
